Adrian is the Senior Vice President Autosense at Tobii – the company’s business segment focused on interior sensing.
Adrian has two decades of experience in the space of computer vision and edge AI. He led global technology development, product management and customer engineering teams and developed a track record of deploying edge computer vision applications on consumer products such as smart cameras, smartphones, and smart cars.
Adrian has over 40 granted and published US patents in computer vision and computational imaging.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Imaging & Artificial Intelligence and his Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest.
Dr. Annika Larsson has worked on assisted and automated driving systems for 15 years, with experience from both the T1 and OEM side. Leading research initiatives connected to collaborative driving, she has focusing on getting the best out of the combination of vehicle technology and driver. Dr. Larsson has a background in human factors, applying it in areas ranging from functional safety to engineering to real-world data analysis.
Erez joined Cipia in 2012, employing his rich experience for mapping and optimizing Cipia’s computer vision AI algorithms to various architectures including DSPs, GPU, and ARM platforms. Erez quickly rose within the ranks, leading core development projects, and assuming the position of Chief Architect. Since 2017, Erez has been serving as VP Research & Development. Erez joined Cipia after 10 years at Freescale Semiconductor (Previously Motorola Semiconductor), where he managed a global team of 25 developers, and was responsible for various DSP Systems activities, including the DSP Video Software vertical and DSP Baseband software. Erez holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
Juergen has an extensive success record in Application, Sales, Product Definition, Business Management and Product Marketing including set-up and management of offices around the world.
He is a Strategic Advisor and Executive Management Consultant to international OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers with special focus in Asia. He has a strategic Focus on Sensors technology (Radar, Ultrasonic, Camera and Lidar) and Sensor Fusion technology (Domain Controllers) for Autonomous Drive Level 2 to Level 5. Juergen’s key Application focus is: Driver Assistance Systems (Ultra Sonic Park Assist, Radar, Camera Systems), Infotainment, Autonomous Valet Parking, Cyber Security
Mike is a global authority on human factors and safety. Following an esteemed academic career as a Professor in Human Factors at the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC), he moved to Seeing Machines in 2014 and has held Executive roles leading both technology and commercial businesses.
Currently as Chief Science & Innovation Officer he leads Seeing Machines human factors, machine intelligence and advanced engineering teams that research, design and develop our next generation technologies. Working with government, industry and global policy groups he promotes operator state monitoring technology, making the world’s roads and skies safer. He remains an Adjunct Professor at MUARC, and holds a Global Executive MBA and a PhD in Human Factors Psychology.
Modar is an artificial intelligence (AI) expert technologist and leading figure in computer vision AI for human behavior understanding, modeling and prediction. He is currently the founder and CEO of Eyeris, a leader of In-Cabin Sensing AI inside autonomous and Highly Automated Vehicles (HAVs).
Modar combines over a decade of experience in computer vision and applied human-centric AI for next-gen automotive applications. His work focuses on bridging human-machine interaction with predictive invisible interfaces through body, face, object and interior scene understanding AI. He is a frequent speaker and keynoter on “human-centric ambient intelligence” as the next frontier in AI. Modar graduated from Concordia University Montréal, with a concentration on Human Behavior Understanding (HBU) using artificial intelligence technologies. He is a winner of several international technology and innovation awards and has been featured on Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, Wired, Time magazine, CNBC, Reuters, Fast Company and many major international media publications spanning over 12 different languages for his work.
With over 20 years of experience in automotive engineering, \[Name] currently leads the global development of vehicle safety restraint systems, steering wheels, and interior sensing at Volkswagen AG. Since joining Volkswagen in 2008, he has held senior roles in door systems, exterior lighting, and body engineering across Germany and Brazil. His expertise spans product development for global and regional markets, with a focus on safety, performance, and innovation. He holds a Master’s in Automotive Production Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and is passionate about automotive safety and system integration.
Tomas Geurts received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, in 1999. Tomas worked at AnSem and in 2004 he joined FillFactory which was later acquired by onsemi where he held various leadership roles in the image sensor division until he took on a role as CTO for the industrial sensing division. Tomas played a lead role bringing LOFIC technology to maturity for cinematography and automotive applications. Since May 2021, he is a Sr. Director at the OMNIVISION Belgium R&D center and a member of the office of the CTO.
I am working at Sony Depthsensing Solutions as the Director of Automotive, leading a strong international engineering team. In-Cabin sensing is one of my main areas of focus and I have been working on In-Cabin domain for over 12 years. With my team, we have brought several In-cabin sensing systems into mass production and focused now on safety solutions.

Youngkyung Park is a leader of Vision AI Unit at LG Electronics. He was also a project leader of ADAS front camera project from 2017 to 2021. Now, He has 10+ years’ experience in ADAS camera development including project management, perception development and application development. Currently, he and his team focus on developing robust perception algorithms and those applications for automotive cameras. He holds a PhD in computer vision from Sungkyunkwan University.
