Customer experience means many things to a consumer.  With the growth of technology and greater information being shared, it is more important then ever that we can anticipate to our customer’s needs.  The ability to create a compelling customer experience starts with trust and reliability.  Our goal should be a personal experience that makes their day better.  Our job is to understand our customers and meet them where they are on that drive.  To do this we will need sensing, adaptability, and reliability.  Hardware and software will need to be leveraged to create this experience.  How do we create an experience that is seamless and makes the drive both enjoyable and safe?
