CEO
Prahaas Nukala is a 16-year-old 10th-grade high school student and the founder of Attentia Drive. He was the youngest exhibitor at CES, where he presented an edge-AI driver monitoring system focused on reducing distracted and drowsy driving among teen drivers. He has been building engineering and AI-based projects from a young age, with a strong interest in computer vision, embedded systems, and deploying machine learning models on resource-constrained hardware.
His work centers on developing adaptive, context-aware in-cabin sensing systems that fuse vision and motion signals to improve driver safety while minimizing alert fatigue. As both a student and an engineer, Prahaas brings a unique perspective to driver monitoring by addressing behaviors and risk patterns that are especially relevant to younger drivers, a demographic that remains highly vulnerable to distraction-related crashes.
He has experience presenting technical work to industry professionals, investors, and academic audiences, and is passionate about translating advanced sensing and AI techniques into practical, scalable safety solutions for real-world vehicles. His current technical focus includes quantized edge inference, multi-sensor fusion, and behavior-adaptive risk modeling for in-cabin safety systems.
