Vamsi Krishna Konka

Vamsi Krishna Konka is an automotive technology professional with over 13 years of industry experience across systems engineering, testing, and integration, supported by a master’s degree in Engineering Management. He has worked on a range of safety-critical automotive technologies including camera-based applications, ADAS, instrument clusters, and trailer backup assist systems, all focused on creating safer driving experiences.
Currently, he is working on advanced commercial vehicle technologies such as Camera Monitoring Systems (CMS) and Connected Trailer systems, including the industry’s first wired trailer rear-view camera solution for articulated vehicles using the traditional SAE J560 interface. His work helps improve safety and usability for commercial truck drivers and fleet operations, while also shaping vision-based system requirements for future algorithm development.
Vamsi is also an inventor with multiple patent filings in CMS technologies and is driven by a mission to deliver innovations that reduce road accidents and make a meaningful impact on everyday mobility.
