Dr. Halina Niemiec is a senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and research, specializing in go-to-market strategy, product management, technical sales, and innovation. She has a proven track record of building global teams and aligning technology with business goals. Her expertise includes automotive embedded systems, AI for road safety, and interior cabin sensing technologies.

She currently serves as Product Management Director of Magna Electronics at Magna International, overseeing the global portfolio and strategy for Interior Sensing Systems, leading research, engineering, and strategic partnerships to drive innovation. Previously, Halina held leadership roles at Varroc, Smart Eye, and Aptiv, where she led product strategy, technical business development, and platform development for automotive interior sensing and AI-based safety systems.
