Esther Wacker

Esther-Sabrina Wacker has more than 15 years of experience in automotive product management and engineering. She currently serves as Product Manager for Interior Sensing Solutions at Bosch, where she focuses on Driver and Occupant Monitoring technologies and software products. Her work combines sensing technologies, software innovation, and vehicle safety, with a particular focus on occupant protection and future regulatory requirements. Working across camera- and radar-based sensing solutions, she collaborates closely with OEMs, technology partners, and industry stakeholders to develop next-generation in-cabin sensing systems. Esther-Sabrina is particularly interested in the role of sensor fusion and AI in enhancing safety, enabling software-defined vehicles, and creating new vehicle experiences.
