Guillermo Nigorra Pascual

After graduating as a Mechanical Engineer in my hometown of Madrid, I set out on a global journey that’s taken me through Germany, Mexico, Vietnam, and back to Spain. With over 15 years in the automotive industry, I have contributed across production, technical development, and quality—working with established names like BMW, SEAT, and Audi, as well as dynamic startups like VinFast.

I mostly enjoy cross-cultural experience and leadership in fast-changing environments.  An important part of my current job is to guarantee that all relevant customer requirements and preferences are prioritized on the product develompent.
