Are Ajay Gosh Reddy is an Engineering Project Manager at ZF, bringing more than 20 years of experience in embedded software design, advanced sensing systems, and complex program delivery across global teams. His career has centered on building safety-critical technologies, with a strong focus on camera-based ADAS, OTA strategy, and end-to-end firmware lifecycle management.

Ajay earned his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2024, specializing in Strategy and Operations. During his time at Ford Motor Company as an MBA consultant, he developed forward looking OTA strategies supporting connected vehicle roadmaps. His earlier engineering roles at GE Healthcare and OSRAM SYLVANIA spanned FDA regulated medical device firmware, Bluetooth enabled IoT platforms, and other embedded products requiring rigorous quality, reliability, and process discipline.

His technical foundation rooted in automotive electronics, wireless technologies, and regulated medical systems gives him a uniquely broad perspective on software project management in safety critical environments.
