Jeff Stout

Jeff Stout is Executive Director, Global Innovation for Yanfeng, responsible for all innovation activity globally, which encompasses technology scouting, early customer ideation, co-innovation and futuring activities, as well as all general innovation related liaison work with customers. His work is focused on Yanfeng’s interiors, seating, electronics and passive safety businesses. Stout began his career with Johnson Controls in 1994 (in 2015, JCI and Yanfeng formed a joint venture for the interiors business) and has held several roles of increasing responsibility. He earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Philosophy from Calvin University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Leadership.
