Pavan is also an expert in leading products and also increasing the adoption for products. In his previous role as Generative AI product and Strategy lead at Ford Motor Company, Pavan has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation and innovation in one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers.

Through his experience with OEMs, Pavan has become an expert in leading global teams across diverse cultural landscapes, vehicle quality and its impact on business, delivering advanced vehicle features, product management, and MLOps platform development for software defined vehicles.
