This October, InCabin will return to the Palau de Congressos in Barcelona. The 3-day immersive event, will bring together thought-leaders, academia, and experts in the in-cabin monitoring field to explore and showcase the latest advancements.

Throughout the exhibition, state-of-the-art technologies will be showcased by global innovators. For a sneak peek into what you’ll see, take a look at these exclusive previews from Tobii, Sony, Murata, Magna, Emotion3D, DrivebuddyAI, and CorrActions ⬇

Tobii, D3 Embedded, and HTEC showcase next-generation interior sensing technology on Texas Instruments automotive embedded portfolio

Tobii, D3 Embedded, HTEC, and Texas Instruments have teamed up to demonstrate single camera + Radar interior sensor fusion capabilities powered by TI’s TDA4VEN SoC in combination with its high-resolution AWRL6844 radar sensor.

This groundbreaking interior sensing solution marks a significant step forward in enhancing in-cabin safety. The system achieves robust, full-cabin sensing with just a single camera, elevated by advanced radar integration. The radar capability eliminates blind spots, ensures visibility even when passengers are obscured, and improves cost efficiency and user experience.

Tobii, the global leader in eye tracking and attention computing, brings decades of expertise in AI, machine learning, and signal processing to the collaboration. Combining D3 Embedded’s processing and advanced camera and radar design, HTEC’s end-to-end ADAS expertise, and TI’s automotive semiconductor innovation, this demo sets a new benchmark for in-cabin safety and passenger wellbeing.

Explore the next-generation interior sensing technology at Tobii’s booth #100 for the first time.

Discover Sony’s Latest Automotive Sensing Solutions with their Demo Van; HERMES
Sony

Part of Sony’s sensing solutions offering is automotive sensing, particularly for In-Cabin use cases. With this in mind they have a busy time taking their fantastic demo van to different shows, including AutoSens and InCabin Europe 2025 this October.

The van is called ‘HERMES’ and showcases their latest developments to ensure comfort and safety for in-cabin scenarios using RGB/IR and iToF sensors. In addition to the hardware they will feature driver- and in house developed occupant monitoring software, which supports safety regulations and requirements.

They will also show front and rear sensing and viewing with the RGB sensors ISX038 and ISX031 and a new front wide LiDAR. The interior and exterior sensors and Sony software enable safer automotive travel and support meeting the goal of Vision Zero 2050.

Visit Sony at booth #5 for an update on their latest interior and exterior sensing offering which includes:

  • Sony’s OMS Software compatible with any 2D or 3D image sensor
  • SoC Integration – Sony perception software is ported to automotive “System on Chip”
  • RGB/ IR, RGB, iToF Imagers for interior and exterior applications (OMS occupant monitoring/ video calls/ surround view/ and more…)
  • dToF SPAD sensor LiDAR system

Safety Starts Here… with Sony!

Murata Demonstrates Energy Harvesting Technology for Next-Gen Tire Monitoring Systems

The TMS gathers vital information about the tire and road conditions, passing this to the ECU, which visualises the data and takes appropriate mechanical action. With the need for increased sensing frequencies and data transfers to obtain useful information from the tires, more power will be required. Murata’s high-power generating Harvesting Device with superior mechanical robustness is the solution to secure the energy.

Magna will Showcase their Advanced Interior Sensing Systems for Enhanced Safety and Comfort

Magna’s latest Interior Sensing Systems use radar and camera technologies to monitor driver attentiveness and detect seat occupancy.

The system also classifies occupant status, including proximity to fascia, legs on dash, and occupant stature, while also supporting child presence detection, seat belt reminders, and drowsiness monitoring.

Their systems are designed to support NCAP and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and superior performance. Together, these features deliver enhanced occupants’ safety, comfort, and full in‑cabin awareness.

Holistic In-Cabin Monitoring: emotion3D Presents DOMS Demo with Safety and UX Modules

At InCabin Europe this October, emotion3D will be showcasing a Driver and Occupant Monitoring System (DOMS) demo featuring active safety, passive safety and user experience modules.

emotion3D strive to provide a holistic view for their partners and customers, offering a well-rounded solution in a in-vehicle resembling setup. The demo includes EuroNCAP 2026, GSR and China GB/T compliant features with improvements all across.

drivebuddyAI Makes Global Debut at InCabin Europe with AI-Powered Driver Monitoring System

At InCabin Europe 2025 in Barcelona, drivebuddyAI will proudly make its global debut, showcasing an AI-powered Driver Monitoring System (DMS) trained on one of the world’s most complex driving ecosystems — India — for the world.

Their live demonstration will feature a vehicle with a windscreen-mounted camera delivering real-time GSR-compliant alerts for EU2144 (ADDW & DDAWS, Euro NCAP) and Indian AIS184 DDAWS regulations.

Visitors will also experience their vision of a unified in-cabin safety platform, integrating ADAS, Blind Spot Information System (BSIS), and Moving-Off Information System (MOIS) in a single-box embedded hardware solution for OEMs and a modular platform for Tier-1 suppliers.

Join drivebuddyAI to see how they are redefining global in-cabin intelligence with a scalable, regulation-ready, AI-first approach.

CorrActions will bring their Next-Gen Driver Monitoring with AI-Powered NeuroMonitor to InCabin Europe

Discover the next generation of road safety with CorrActions’ AI-powered, software-only NeuroMonitor.

Make sure you visit them at their stand this October to see their Intoxication detection in action analyzing micro-motions to reveal driver cognition and ensure safer journeys.
