Adam Gross is CEO of HarmonEyes, a division of RightEye. Adam has a 25+ year entrepreneurial career and is a veteran of three start-up success stories, most recently in healthcare consulting. At RightEye, Adam has led the development and growth of several eye-tracking commercial products which have become a standard in eye care, neurorehabilitation, professional sports and military.

At HarmonEyes, Adam directs the go-to-market strategy for its AI-powered eye-tracked solutions. He leads a team of world-class experts in eye-tracking science, data, and AI.

The impetus behind Adam’s passion for HarmonEyes is a commitment he and his co-founder (Dr. Melissa Hunfalvay) made: to utilize eye-tracking software to maximize the potential and improve the lives of as many people as possible around the world.
