Plato Pathrose is a technology leader, consultant, and author with over two decades of experience in the automotive and avionics industries.

Holding a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he began as a Design and Development Engineer and went on to lead teams across the full product lifecycle.

His expertise spans Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Automated Driving, Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs), and digitalization,

advising government bodies and organizations worldwide. Founder of PTS Creative in Germany, Plato is also a Lean Six Sigma expert, TRIZ practitioner, Automotive SPICE Assessor, PMP, and Agile coach.

He has authored key SAE International books on ADAS, Automated Driving, and SDVs, shaping processes and strategies for autonomous vehicle development and deployment globally.
