After the great success of the inaugural AutoSens China in Hefei, near Shanghai, we are excited to announce that as part of the 2025 event, confirmed for 18-20 November 2025 we will follow the successful formula proven in the USA and Europe to launch a brand new InCabin China conference and exhibition, to co-locate with AutoSens China 2025 – maximizing value for participants across exterior sensing and in-cabin safety domains.
The 2024 China conference was a long time in the making, having been initially launched in 2018, scheduled for November 2020 in Hong Kong. As we know, a lot has happened since then, so the reboot with new location of Hefei felt like a new project in itself. With a real focus on building new connections in China’s highest growth region for the automotive supply chain, the Sense Media team fell in love with Hefei and Anhui, creating a lasting bond with our event partners there, as well as the 200+ participants who attended the first event.
Given that the vehicle interior is one of the main areas where Chinese OEMs are leading the way, it feels natural that we expand our Chinese event to include InCabin in 2025 – bringing the leading experts in driver monitoring, occupant safety, infotainment, HMI, user experience and more to the 5* Intercontinental Hefei to share future strategy, technical presentations and benefit from hours of networking.
The exhibition will grow expand alongside this, reflecting the joint AutoSens and InCabin technology showcases in Detroit and Barcelona, with two zones, and free access for all attendees across both agendas, networking sessions and exhibition floorplan – for attendees it is truly two conferences for the price of one.
With Keynotes from NIO, VW and BMW, and technical presentations from leading Chinese players such as Black Sesame, UL, TTTech, ADTechnology, Chuhang, Calterah, Keboda, Joynext and many many more, we will build on our regional relationships to bring an agenda of more OEMs, Tier 1 companies and major innovators in the Chinese automotive market, while mixing the best global technology companies to enhance business interaction and relationships around the globe.
